The experience will take you through Phase SiX’s signature workouts, skill-based training methods, and a special workshop on mobility, chain movement and rolling patterns. Plus, you'll get to experience the latest biohacking modalities at Mattr Biowellness, all carefully designed to challenge you, restore you, and elevate your physical potential to new heights.
THE SCHEDULE:
MONDAY APR 13 (DAY 1):
9-11:30 AM - Steph will take you through one of her lower body workouts, focussing on a combination of strength and mobility, using a range of unconventional and conventional methods/tools.

TUESDAY APR 14 (DAY 2):
9-11 AM - Recovery day at Mattr - Experience the Steph & Jay’s favorite biohacking modalities to aid with athletic performance and recovery.
Location: Mattr Biowellness Club
12 PM - Group lunch & coffee

WEDNESDAY APR 15 (DAY 3):
9-11:30 AM - Jay will take you through one of his upper body workouts, focussing on a combination of strength and mobility, using a range of unconventional and conventional methods/tools.
Location: Phase SiX Content Dojo
THURSDAY APR 16 (DAY 4):
9-11:30 AM - Phase SiX Mobility, Chain Movements & Rolling Patterns Workshop
Location: Phase SiX Content Dojo
FRIDAY APR 17 (DAY 5):
9-10:30 AM - Steph & Jay will take you through one of their conditioning workouts focussing on strength, power, and agility using a range of unconventional and conventional methods/tools.
Location: Phase SiX Content Dojo
12 PM - Group lunch
Location: The Well
Each session will take roughly 2-3 hours (including warm up/cool-downs), but this may vary depending on instruction/progressions needed within the group.

PLEASE NOTE:
Participants ideally (but not required) would be at an intermediate fitness level.
An intermediate fitness level refers to "a stage where an individual has moved beyond the beginner stage and has developed a moderate amount of strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination". At this level, individuals typically:
1. Have consistent workout experience – Usually 6 months to 2 years of regular training.
2. Display improved strength and endurance – Can handle more challenging workouts, heavier weights, and cardio sessions.
3. Possess better technique – They have a good grasp of exercise form and can perform movements with proper mechanics.
4. Adapt to varied training – Can handle increased volume, intensity, and more complex training styles (e.g., supersets, circuit training, or periodized programs).
