MORE THAN A WORKOUT

This 5-day semi-private experience is designed for women who want more than just another fitness retreat.

Train side by side with Steph inside the Phase SiX Content Dojo, build strength and mobility through intentional movement, recover using cutting-edge biohacking modalities, and connect with a small group of like-minded women.

You’ll leave stronger, more confident, and with a completely different understanding of what your body is capable of.


WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

DAY 1 • LOWER BODY

Wednesday, Oct 14

9:30–11:30 AM

Strength + mobility lower body session at the Dojo using both conventional and unconventional tools.

DAY 2 • RECOVER + RESET

Thursday, Oct 15

9:30–11:30 AM

Recovery day at Mattr Biowellness with 3 biohacking modalities of your choice, followed by lunch at Proud Mary.

DAY 3 • UPPER BODY

Friday, Oct 16

9:30–12:00 PM

Upper body strength and mobility, focused on control, durability, and athletic movement.

DAY 4 • SIGNATURE WORKSHOP

Saturday, Oct 17

9:30 AM–12:30 PM

Steph’s mobility, chain movement, and rolling workshop, designed to help you move with more freedom, confidence, and intent.

DAY 5 • CONDITIONING + CONNECTION

Sunday, Oct 18

9:30–11:00 AM

A final conditioning session focused on strength, power, and agility, followed by lunch at The Well.

Each session will take roughly 2-3 hours (including warm up/cool-downs), but this may vary depending on instruction/progressions needed within the group.


INCLUDED:

  • In-person coaching from Steph in a semi-private group setting.

  • Biohacking and recovery day at MATTR BIOWELLNESS CLUB - 3 modalities of your choice (some options include: Ammortal Chamber, Quantum Light Bed, Cryotherapy, Theta Chamber, plus much more!), as well as the option to purchase additional modalities.

  • Group lunch at PROUD MARY after Thursday’s recovery session at Mattr.

  • Group lunch at THE WELL after Sunday’s final workout.

  • Transportation to and from Mattr (pick up from the Dojo), and transportation to The Well from the Dojo on Sunday (no return trip)

PLEASE NOTE:

Participants ideally (but not required) would be at an intermediate fitness level.

An intermediate fitness level refers to "a stage where an individual has moved beyond the beginner stage and has developed a moderate amount of strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination". At this level, individuals typically:

1. Have consistent workout experience – Usually 6 months to 2 years of regular training.

2. Display improved strength and endurance – Can handle more challenging workouts, heavier weights, and cardio sessions.

3. Possess better technique – They have a good grasp of exercise form and can perform movements with proper mechanics.

4. Adapt to varied training – Can handle increased volume, intensity, and more complex training styles (e.g., supersets, circuit training, or periodized programs).
