Step into the transformative Phase SiX: Movement Revolution workshop this August in Brooklyn, led by Steph and Jay Rose.

This is not traditional fitness.

Over three hours, you’ll learn how to build strength, mobility, resilience, and control through bodyweight training, ground-based movement, crawling patterns, rolling, and chain movement patterns rooted in martial arts and real-world movement.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to move better, train smarter, and build a body that is strong, capable, and durable.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

FULL-BODY MOBILITY & PREPARATION

We begin with our complete joint-by-joint warm-up, helping you unlock more range, improve control, and prepare your body from head to toe.

UNCONVENTIONAL STRENGTH

Build strength through nontraditional drills that challenge stability, coordination, and end-range control, not just brute force.

CRAWLING & GROUND-BASED LOCOMOTION

Learn the crawling patterns, transitions, and movement drills that form the foundation of the Phase SiX method. These patterns improve coordination, mobility, athleticism, and body awareness.

ROLLING & MOVEMENT CONFIDENCE

We break down rolling techniques step by step, helping you overcome fear, improve spatial awareness, and move more confidently through different positions.

CHAIN MOVEMENT PATTERNS
