THE SCHEDULE*:
MONDAY NOV 3 (DAY 1):
9-11 AM - Steph will take you through one of her lower body workouts, focussing on a combination of strength and mobility, using a range of unconventional and conventional methods/tools.

TUESDAY NOV 4 (DAY 2):
9-11 AM - Private group Contrast Therapy Session (Sauna & Cold Plunge)
Location: Lizard Yoga*
11:30 AM - Group lunch
Location: Proud Mary
WEDNESDAY NOV 5 (DAY 3):
9-11 AM - Steph will take you through one of her upper body workouts, focussing on a combination of strength and mobility, using a range of unconventional and conventional methods/tools.
Location: Phase SiX Content Dojo
THURSDAY NOV 6 (DAY 4):
9-11:30 AM - Chain Movements & Rolling Patterns Mini-Workshop
Location: Phase SiX Content Dojo
FRIDAY NOV 7 (DAY 5):
9-10:30 AM - Steph will take you through one of her conditioning workouts focussing on strength, power, and agility using a range of unconventional and conventional methods/tools.
Location: Phase SiX Content Dojo
12 PM - Group lunch
Location: The Well
Each session will take roughly 2 hours (including warm up/cool-downs), but this may vary depending on instruction/progressions needed within the group.
INCLUDED:
Group lunch at PROUD MARY after biohacking at Mattr, and lunch at THE WELL after Friday’s final workout

PLEASE NOTE:
To ensure you get the most out of this experience, an intermediate fitness level is required.
Participants ideally (but not required) would have started or completed at least LEVEL 2 of the "Make It Look Easy" program.
An intermediate fitness level refers to "a stage where an individual has moved beyond the beginner stage and has developed a moderate amount of strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination". At this level, individuals typically:
1. Have consistent workout experience – Usually 6 months to 2 years of regular training.
2. Display improved strength and endurance – Can handle more challenging workouts, heavier weights, and cardio sessions.
3. Possess better technique – They have a good grasp of exercise form and can perform movements with proper mechanics.
4. Adapt to varied training – Can handle increased volume, intensity, and more complex training styles (e.g., supersets, circuit training, or periodized programs).
Refund Policy: All events are non-refundable. Any request for cancellation must be submitted via email - info@phase6fitness.com - at least 14 days before event date, and ticket will be carried over to the next available event (of your choice). Ticket will not expire.
